At Purple Express we want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order until it reaches your hands.
Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United States. You can also pick up your order free of charge at our store in Mesa, Arizona.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Arizona time on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
- United States: 1 to 5 business days after processing.
- Store pickup in Mesa: ready within 24 hours. We email you as soon as your order is ready.
Shipping cost
- United States: flat rate of $9.99 per order.
- Store pickup: free.
Tracking
Every shipped order gets a tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label is created.
Taxes
Prices on this site are shown in USD and do not include sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will arrange a full refund.
